All 7 Lok Sabha seats of Delhi are currently held by BJP while majority of Vidhan Sabha seats MCD seats are held by AAP in such a scenario should Congress contest on all 7 seats in Delhi ?

Both the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party are part of an alliance of 26 opposition parties, INDIA. Let it be decided by both parties amicably.
